Benefits: Authors must submit their bank account details to the Publishing House. They must promote the journal by recommending it to libraries. The Sevas Publishing House decided to compensate the authors based on the number of downloads and citations received. The publishing house will deposit the yearly or monthly compensation into the authors account.

Author Compensation Calculations:

Education Institution Subscription Fee: INR 5,000 + 18% Tax per Issue.

Suppose an issue contains 50 papers, and 2 papers are downloaded frequently by the educational institution's faculty. The publishing house will share 50% of the Subscription Fee to the authors.

The two authors receive INR 2500 (50% of the INR 5000 (Subscription Fee), and they receive INR 1250 each.

Suppose, if 50 Educational Institutions Subscribe the Issue: INR 5000 * 50 = INR 2,50,000. The total compensation amount is 50% (INR 1,25,000). Suppose the readers frequently download two manuscripts from educational institutions. Each author will receive INR 75000/- per month. The publishing house will share the details online and compensate the authors.

Suppose the publishing house receives donations due to its open-access policies. The publishing house will give first preference to compensate the authors. The publishing house aims to try to give back the money paid by the authors. The next aim of the publishing house is to generate enough income to maintain the journal. The next aim is to compensate the editorial board members by giving them dedicated salaries (INR 2500 per hour). The publishing house recommends minimum reviewer's fee be INR 1500 per paper. The rates will be increased based on the income generated by the publishing house.

Sevas Publishing hopes this journal reaches great heights with the help of authors, reviewers and editors. The policies are similar to (Fiction or Non-Fiction) Book Publications. This will encourage and create a great ecosystem in developing countries.
